This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of two lower ground floor king-size doubles, a first floor king-size room and a twin room, as well as a lower ground floor shower room and a bathroom. The cottage also has a dining room and a sitting room with kitchen. Outside there is a balcony and roadside parking is available nearby. With many attractions in Hastings and close by, Blue Haven Cottage is an ideal base for all the family.

Gas central heating with underfloor heating on ground floors. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV with basic Sky, Blu-ray, radio, broadband via ethernet points, computer with printer, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair on request. Roadside parking in side street 5 mins walk away. Loading/unloading available at end of Swan Avenue, 25m from cottage. Balcony. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 min walk. Note: No high heels to be worn inside due to oak flooring. Note: Toughened glass forms the sides of the staircases. |
